Focal seizures without fever may be caused by neuro-cysticercosis (typical CT scan appearance) 

	Medicine	Dose	Frequency	Duration
	albendazole po	800mg	twice daily	14 days
and/or	praziquantel po	40mg/kg	once a day	14 days
add*	prednisolone po	1mg/kg	once a day	review

*If drowsiness, seizures or focal signs develop.
