Tonsillitis - Acute

- Patients present with fever, chills, odynophagia and dysphagia
- On examination the tonsils are inflamed and often have exudates. Unilateral exudate and tonsillar asymmetry indicate a peritonsillar abscess

Analgesia and antibiotics
