It is viral infection common in children and immunocompromised individuals. 

Clinical presentation 

• Skin coloured umbilicated papules
• It usually clears without treatment in 12-18months.

Pharmacological Treatment: 

A: benzoyl peroxide 24hourly for 4weeks 

OR 

S: tretinoin cream (topical) 2.5 % 24hourly for 4weeks 

Surgical treatment 

C: Cryotherapy 

D: Curatage
